Exchange Request

At BeDriven, every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. We stand by the quality of our products. In the rare event that something is not right, we are here to make it right.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds or returns. All eligible requests will be processed as exchanges only — for the same product in a different size or a replacement of the same item.

3-Day Window

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests raised after this window will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Eligible Conditions

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Product received in a damaged condition
  • Product received with a manufacturing defect

Note: Change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or dislike of product do not qualify for an exchange.

How to Raise a Request
