Every canvas is made and packed with care. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Damage protection 3-day request window
Returns
We do not accept returns on any orders. Each piece is made to order and customised specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we are unable to offer returns once an order is placed.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged or defective. To be eligible, all of the following conditions must be met:

Eligibility criteria

  • Request raised within 3 days of receiving the order — requests after this window will not be accepted.
  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item must be submitted as proof.
  • Item must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • Damage must be due to a manufacturing defect or transit issue, not normal wear or customer error.
